PGR
ART functions beyond divisions and clear cut
boundaries. It is not important to us, whether or
at what point our activities cross the barrier between
art and politics. PGR does not create, PGR reveals.
Thus PGR constitutes something more than an art
group. It is a social project, and maybe even a
way of life.
The
Auhors:
Mikołaj Robert Jurkowski - an Art Worker, diploma
teacher, founder of an art group - CUKT ( Central
Office of Technological Control) and PGR_ART Free
Workshop settled in Gdansk Shipyard Artists Colony.
The author of educational projects: "The Young
from the Young City", a series of workshops
for children - "The Touch of Art". Associated
with the activities of TOTART and Wyspa Progress
Foundation. Initiator of workshops organized in
the Center for Contemporary Art Laźnia - "The
Country of Creativity" and "Wanderers"
Sylwester
Gałuszka - an Art Worker, founder of the Institute
of Creative Activities ITEDE and animator of artistic
events in Gdansk Shipyard Artists Colony. Founder
of PGR_ART Free Workshop settled in the Colony.
Author of series of presentations :Extreme art",
creator of artistic workshops "The Country
of Creativity" and "Wanderers". He
makes video works in fund footage technique.
